It's meat in a puff pastry. It's not complicated, and not truly slavic. But everyone, including kids, seems to really like them.

Ingredients

  • 2 C Ground Beef Cooked
  • 1 C White/Yellow Onion Fried
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Fried and Minced
  • 750 mL Jar of Roasted Red Pepper Anvar is even better
  • 1 Tbsp Dill
  • 4 Tsp Corn Starch
  • 1 Package Puff Pastry

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Roll dough to 2-3mm thickness.
  • Blend everything together in a blender. Make it smooth.
  • Squeeze the water out, and then thicken with corn starch.
  • Put small spoonful, and cut into squares.
