"Verenki"
It's meat in a puff pastry. It's not complicated, and not truly slavic. But everyone, including kids, seems to really like them.
Ingredients
- 2 C Ground Beef Cooked
- 1 C White/Yellow Onion Fried
- 2 Tsp Garlic Fried and Minced
- 750 mL Jar of Roasted Red Pepper Anvar is even better
- 1 Tbsp Dill
- 4 Tsp Corn Starch
- 1 Package Puff Pastry
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Roll dough to 2-3mm thickness.
- Blend everything together in a blender. Make it smooth.
- Squeeze the water out, and then thicken with corn starch.
- Put small spoonful, and cut into squares.
