Cucumber Salad

Just a chop and mix. Since every vegetable is a different size, I used weight instead of measures for the most part.
- 125 g Red Onions
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 mL Water
- 100 g Daikon
- 100 g Carrots
- 300 g Cucumber
- 150 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 100 g Red/Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Za'atar
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Fresh Dill
- 1 tbsp Neutral Oil
Add the red onion, water, sugar, salt and vinegar and set in fridge for at least 12 hours.
Add everything to a large bowl.
Mix in slightly pickled red onions.
